Rapid Rebates

Rapid Rebates offers a streamlined approach for customers to obtain financial incentives for eligible energy efficiency and electrification upgrades. Please see the current Rebate Summary and associated Rebate Submission Guides for details.

Projects not listed in the Rebate Summary may still be eligible through the Custom Incentive Program. Please contact us at CEEP@willdan.com to learn more.

General Requirements

All equipment must meet the requirements listed in the respective measure package in the California Electronic Technical Reference Manual (www.caetrm.com). There is a CEEP Rebate Submission Guide (RSG) for each rebate-eligible measure below, which summarizes the requirements to apply for a rebate. The RSG may be updated to reflect new or modified SCE and/or CPUC requirements accordingly. Please contact Willdan to request the current RSG or with any questions.

  • Rebate reservation must be placed before installation. 
  • Rebate applications must be submitted to Willdan within 60 days of a project's installation date. 
  • Used or rebuilt equipment is not eligible.

SCE Rebate Process

Rebate Process Overview

Enrollment:

Customer signs a Customer-Implementer Agreement and Trade Pro signs a Trade Pro Agreement, both of which are provided by Willdan.

Reserve Rebate with Willdan:

Contractor provides Willdan with the required pre-installation project info to confirm customer’s eligibility and rebate amount.

Installation:

Customer hires Contractor or may request a referral to a Trade Pro from Willdan.

Rebate Process Overview:

Contractor provides Willdan with the required post-installation information, documents, and photos. Willdan prepares and submits the post-installation package to SCE.

Rebate Process Summary:

Once SCE reviews, inspects, and approves the project, Willdan issues the rebate check.
