Commercial Energy Efficiency Program
Program Overview
The Commercial Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) offers rebates for eligible energy efficiency and electrification projects in Southern California Edison’s (SCE) service territory. SCE has contracted with Willdan Energy Solutions to develop, implement, and offer this program to SCE customers.
Program funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. Full program disclaimers and terms & conditions are available at willdanefficiency.com.
Rapid Rebates
Rapid Rebates offers a streamlined approach for customers to obtain financial incentives for eligible energy efficiency and electrification upgrades. Please see the current Rebate Summary and associated Rebate Submission Guides for details.
Projects not listed in the Rebate Summary may still be eligible through the Custom Incentive Program. Please contact us at CEEP@willdan.com to learn more.

General Rebate Requirements
- All equipment must meet the requirements listed in the respective measure package in the California Electronic Technical Reference Manual (www.caetrm.com).
- Rebate reservations must be placed prior to installation.
- All required post installation documentation must be submitted to Willdan no later than 3/31/2026. Exceptions can be made in writing on a case-by-case basis.
- Used or rebuilt equipment is not eligible.
- Projects that are unable to comply with these requirements will not be eligible for 2026 rebates.

Project horsepower will be based on total existing motor HP, as listed on or calculated from the existing motor nameplate(s).
Existing motors and HVAC unit must be fully operational and program must influence customer decision to replace motors.
Rebate amounts vary based on host equipment type, project size, and climate zone.

Rebate Process Overview
Enrollment:
Customers must sign a Customer-Implementer Agreement and Trade Pros must sign the Willdan-provided Trade Pro Agreement.
Reserve Rebate:
Contractor provides Willdan with the required pre-installation project information to confirm customer’s eligibility and rebate amount. Willdan will notify you once your rebate is reserved.
Installation:
Customer hires Contractor or may request a referral to a "Trade Pro" from Willdan.
Post Installation Documents:
Contractor provides Willdan with required post-installation information, documents, and photos for submission to SCE.
Rebate Check Issued:
Once SCE reviews and approves the project, Willdan issues the rebate check.
Rebate Submission Guide
There is a Rebate Submission Guide (RSG) for each measure available on the website or by request from Willdan. The RSG is intended to summarize the documents, photos, and installation requirements to obtain a rebate. The RSG may be updated at any time to reflect new or modified program requirements.
