How It Works
Willdan will confirm that your facility meets the eligibility criteria for Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program rebates.
Once your application is approved, use your own contractor or we can connect you with a Certified Trade Pro to install your project.
Willdan verifies the installation, then submits the post-installation package to SCE for approval.
Stay up to date on the latest energy efficiency incentives.
Want to save on labor costs and keep tenants happy?
We review your building to determine eligibility, identify the most cost-effective measures, and ship materials for maintenance staff and/or tenants to install. Once completed, we perform a post-installation inspection to confirm all identified measures were installed and functioning properly. DIY allows owners to install cost-saving measures that provide long-term benefits with minimal tenant interruption.
*PPP surcharge must be paid for account where EE equipment will be installed. Exception made for customers exempt from gas PPP (per Public Utilities Code Section 896).
