This Program is funded by California utility ratepayers and is being developed, implemented, and offered by Willdan to Southern California Edison (SCE) customers through a contract with SCE under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission (“CPUC”). This Program may be modified or terminated without prior notice and Program funds are provided to qualified customers on a first-come, first-served basis until Program funds are no longer available. Eligibility requirements apply. Customers who choose to participate in this Program are not obligated to purchase any additional goods or services offered by Implementer. The trademarks used herein are the property of their respective owners.

Privacy Policy

Willdan collects and analyzes statistical data about pages visited by visitors, without collecting any personally identifiable data. Willdanefficiency.com only collects information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will only use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. We employ industry-standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us, especially via email. If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should email us at CEEP@Willdan.com with the relevant information so that we may correct this.

Disclosures

• The measures available to you will depend on your specific property. At a high level, they will range from high-efficiency water heaters and refrigeration equipment, and electrification. 
• The measures installed do not guarantee a certain amount of energy savings.
• Willdan Energy Solutions is the Implementer of this Program. Our parent company is Willdan Group Incorporated.

• The Program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. This Program does not have an associated cost for customer enrollment. Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the Program with no financial obligations at any time prior to installation by notifying Willdan in writing.
• The customer shall not be billed by Willdan for work performed under this Program unless the customer selects Willdan to perform the project implementation. Billing shall be in accordance with the project installation contract between Customer and its installer.
• Unless the customer selects Willdan to perform the project implementation, Willdan’s role is to review a project for rebate eligibility only. This review shall not constitute any representation as to the economic or technical feasibility, operational capability, or reliability of the project.
• Other Terms and Conditions apply and will be included in Program documentation provided to you prior to enrollment in the Customer Implementer Agreement.
• Willdan is not a representative of SCE or otherwise affiliated with SCE. SCE has contracted with Willdan Energy Solutions to develop, implement, and offer this Commercial Energy Efficiency Program to eligible SCE customers.
